InStep Technologies is looking for a Telecaller / IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making cold calls, generating leads, and identifying potential clients for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information.
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects.

Requirements

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in IT sales, telecalling, or business development will be preferred.
