About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Architect who can independently handle architectural projects and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, good design understanding, and familiarity with statutory requirements and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle and manage large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects from design development through execution.
- Develop and coordinate design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Ensure project designs and drawings comply with applicable building rules, regulations, and norms of relevant sanctioning authorities.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure work progresses as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Review and update drawings based on site requirements,



project changes, and consultant inputs.
- Assist in obtaining necessary statutory approvals and sanctions as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project deliverables while maintaining design and technical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant architectural/design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, construction processes, and coordination.
- Knowledge of building rules, regulations, and sanctioning authority norms.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project teams.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Archicad will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling large-scale, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
