Key Requirements

- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge in Industrial Automation, IoT, Software, or Engineering Solutions
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
- Good skills in lead generation, customer follow-up, and business development
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC, IoT, Automation, or Industrial Software will be an advantage
