Internship & Full time Opportunity

Internship Duration: 3 Months

The internship will provide hands-on experience in professional news writing, research, editing, fact-checking, and international news coverage. The role will also offer opportunities to contribute to social-media-first content, including identifying trending topics and participating in the creation of anchor-led Reels and short-form video content. Candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera, presenting news or contributing ideas for engaging video formats will have an added advantage. Prior knowledge of using Reddit will be a plus. Based on performance during the internship, selected candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with IBT Media Pvt. Ltd. Performance will be evaluated based on:

* Writing quality and storytelling ability

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Research and fact-checking skills





* Ability to identify relevant trends and story opportunities through Reddit, social media and other platforms

* Understanding of audience interests and emerging online conversations

* Consistency and productivity

* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced news workplace

* Contribution to social media and short-form video content, including anchor-led Reels where applicable

* Adherence to editorial standards and willingness to learn and incorporate feedback

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
