Job Purpose :

Manage post-installation meter process, documentation, Intimation and warranty files with accuracy and timely coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Verify installation photos, Panel & Inverter Serial Numbers.
- Prepare and verify PPA & meter documents.
- Complete Meter Process within 4 days of installation.
- Complete Intimation within 7 days and coordinate customer OTP/login.
- Verify and maintain warranty files.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dealers, Customers & DISCOM/GEB/Torrent.
- Resolve documentation issues and returned Intimation cases.
- Maintain Meter & Intimation MIS.
