Sahakari Race Plus is looking for a passionate and experienced Course Director to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise in Commerce and a commitment to guiding students preparing for competitive examinations.

Course Director ( Assistant Professor – Commerce)

Qualification

- M.Com (Master of Commerce),Mphil , PHD
- NET Qualified
- Teaching experience preferred
- Strong academic background in Commerce and related subjects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classes for competitive examination aspirants
- Prepare study materials, notes, question banks, and mock tests
- Develop and update course content in line with current examination patterns
- Mentor and guide students to achieve academic success




- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings
- Coordinate with academic and content teams to enhance learning outcomes

- Strong subject knowledge in Commerce
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Content development and research abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
