We are a growing creative and media agency focused on branding, social media marketing, digital campaigns, creative designing, content execution, and communication solutions for diverse clients across industries.

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Communication Executive who can manage day-to-day client coordination and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal creative team .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, feedback, campaign goals, and creative expectations.
- Prepare proper briefs and communicate them clearly to the creative/design team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, social media team, and content writers for timely execution.
- Follow up internally to ensure creatives and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Share creatives/content with clients and collect approvals or revision feedback.
- Maintain skilled client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep records of communication, approvals, timelines, and project updates.
- Assist in campaign planning, social media coordination, and content scheduling when required.
- Support management in smooth project execution and coordination.

Qualification

- Graduate in any field
- (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or related fields preferred.)

Experience

- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in media agency, advertising, branding, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
