Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and approachable Hostel Warden (Male/Female) to manage the day-to-day operations, safety, discipline, and overall well-being of hostel residents. The ideal candidate should be mature, organized, and capable of handling residents professionally while maintaining a safe and comfortable hostel environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and proper conduct among residents.
- Maintain hostel rules, regulations, attendance, and entry/exit records.
- Monitor resident check-in/check-out and visitor movements.
- Address residents' concerns, complaints, and day-to-day requirements.




- Ensure safety and security of all residents and hostel premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and hostel facilities.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle emergencies and take appropriate action when required.
- Maintain hostel registers, records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with management/HR regarding resident-related issues.
- Ensure residents follow hostel timings and company policies.
- Support a positive, respectful, and comfortable living setting.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a **Hostel Warden, Hostel Supervisor, Residential Supervisor
