Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee our procurement operations. You will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and optimizing supply chain costs to ensure high-quality materials and services are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize quality.
- Research, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable contract terms.
- Manage purchase requisitions, approve purchase orders, and track order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assess vendor performance regularly and resolve any discrepancies or delivery delays.
- Prepare and monitor procurement budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.




- Ensure all purchasing operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
- Skills: Robust negotiation, contract management, and vendor relation skills.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel/Office Suite.
- Abilities: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management abilities.
