Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Feed the generation agents: prepare AF process descriptions, manual test documentation and test data definitions as high-quality inputs for Copilot-driven test and module creation.
- Validate and harden AI-authored test cases and reusable modules against the governed standards; promote or reject via the review gate.
- Supervise Vision AI steering and self-healing across nightly runs; intervene only on exceptions the agents cannot resolve.
- Run AI-assisted failure triage: review agent-clustered root causes, confirm genuine defects, and raise them with reproduction detail in JIRA/qTest.
- Maintain the prompt/pattern library and module repository so agent output quality compounds over the 12 weeks.
- Extend agent coverage to API and cross-module integration scenarios; keep suites CI/CD-triggered and unattended.
- Pair with the functional SME to close business-logic gaps that agents flag as low-confidence.

Required Skills

- 4+ years QA automation, 2+ years hands-on TOSCA (Commander + execution), with real usage of Tosca Copilot or equivalent GenAI test authoring.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated automation — spotting brittle steering, false-positive checkpoints and weak assertions fast.
- Working prompt engineering skills; comfortable iterating agent instructions to lift output quality.
- Functional, regression, API and UI automation; CI/CD exposure (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions); JIRA/ALM/qTest.
- Strong analytical and exception-handling mindset; Agile delivery experience.

Preferred

- SAP GUI/Fiori automation, enterprise finance application testing, Tricentis certifications.
