We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and be confident in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
- Support the overall recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring requirements.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
