- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with complex data structures and transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
