Customer Support Executive – English Chat Process

Location: Noida, Sector 62
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Up to ₹29000 In hand

Experience Required

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO.
Experience in International Chat or Voice Support is preferred.

Key Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Good typing and multitasking skills for Chat Support.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven BPO environment.
Candidates with relevant International BPO experience will be preferred.
