We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring proper execution of work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Maintain daily site records, attendance sheets, material records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and project management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor the quality of work and immediately report any issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Ensure workers use required PPE and follow safety practices.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, storage, and movement of materials at the site.
- Handle basic site-level issues and escalate major technical or operational matters.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly work progress reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the project site.
- Support project completion within the planned schedule and budget.
- Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of site supervision and workforce management.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple workers.
- Basic understanding of civil/site work and construction practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain attendance and daily progress records.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.
- Leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualification

- Minimum ITI/Diploma in Civil or relevant field will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in site supervision, civil work, plantation, maintenance, or similar projects preferred.

Experience - 1–5 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred
