Job Description

Bake N’ Shake is looking for a skilled and creative Icing Executive / Cake Decorator to join our bakery team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and decorate cakes using different icing techniques.
- Work with fresh cream, buttercream, ganache and fondant.
- Create attractive cake designs as per customer requirements.
- Handle cake finishing, writing and basic decoration.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of orders.

Requirements

- Experience in cake icing and decoration preferred.
- Knowledge of Ganache & Fondant will be an advantage.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Salary

Negotiable – As per Experience & Skills
