Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Delegate Acquisition Executives. In this role, you will speak with professionals from various industries and invite them to attend our premium business events. If you have good communication skills and are eager to grow, this is a great opportunity — freshers are welcome and full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential delegates via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to events.
- Clearly explain the benefits of attending Empire Forums.




- Build and maintain accurate records of outreach and registrations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for delegate confirmations.
- Coordinate with team leaders and other departments for event success.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC Passed
- Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
