Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, GST, Payroll, Auditing, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Manage GST-related activities, including data preparation and filing support.
- Assist with payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and related records.
- Support internal and external audit activities and provide required documents.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly financial closing activities.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Practical knowledge of Payroll processing.
- Understanding of Auditing and accounting procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Payroll, and Auditing will be preferred.
