About the Role

SLS Constructions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, cost control and commercial activities for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for civil, structural and finishing works.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills / Client Bills and subcontractor bills.
- Check and certify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Maintain measurement sheets, abstracts and billing records.
- Verify quantities with approved drawings and actual site measurements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and Clients regarding measurements and billing.
- Maintain proper documentation for project commercial activities.

Required Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation or Commercial activities.
- Good knowledge of Civil BOQ and quantity calculation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 0–2 years in construction / contracting / QS & Billing.

Candidates with experience in building construction, residential, commercial, infrastructure or finishing works will be preferred.
