About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack & AI Application Development Trainer who is passionate about mentoring the next generation of software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MERN Stack Development along with hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, AI Workflow Development, and Automation.

This is not a traditional MERN training role. We are looking for someone who has built production-ready web applications and AI-powered software solutions and can teach students through real-world projects and practical implementation.

Our mission is to prepare students to become AI-Enabled Full Stack Developers capable of building intelligent web applications and business automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Startup or SaaS product development experience.

- Technical blogging, YouTube, or public speaking experience.

- Corporate training or EdTech experience is an added advantage.
