We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Executive with at least 1 year of retail experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure proper product arrangement, stock availability, and cleanliness.
- Assist with billing, payments, invoicing, and basic POS operations.




- Coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales/customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
