Hiring: Ginning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ginning Manager to lead production and ginning operations for a leading textile manufacturing group with large-scale cotton processing and spinning operations.

Location: Qarshi/ Karshi- Uzbek
Experience: 5– 10 Years
Education: Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumental Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end ginning production and daily operations
- Plan production, material availability, manpower & shift deployment
- Monitor hourly/daily production targets, productivity & downtime
- Ensure optimum performance and maintenance of ginning machinery
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate for quick resolution
- Lead RCA, Kaizen,



5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production teams and ensure safety, quality & efficiency standards

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹265,000.00 per month
