Job Summary

The End User Computing Specialist is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting modern workplace solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and cloud-managed endpoints. This role ensures secure, scalable, and user-friendly device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms, while driving adoption of Modern Desktop practices.

Key Responsibilities

Package and deploy applications using: o Win32 apps (IntuneWin format) o Microsoft Store apps (recent and legacy) o Line-of-business (LOB) apps • Create detection rules, requirements, and remediation scripts • Implement application lifecycle management (updates, supersedence, retirement)
