Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Check Analyst – KYC to review and validate KYC cases processed by the operations team. The candidate will be responsible for checking documents, identifying errors and process deviations, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements, and maintaining defined quality and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks on KYC cases processed by the operations team.
- Review customer KYC documents and verify completeness, accuracy, and validity.
- Check customer information against the required KYC process and guidelines.
- Identify documentation errors, discrepancies, and process gaps.
- Ensure KYC cases comply with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Validate data entered into KYC/CRM systems against supporting documents.
- Identify and report critical/fatal errors and recurring quality issues.
- Provide feedback to the processing team on identified errors and areas of improvement.
- Maintain quality check records, error logs, and MIS reports.
- Track quality scores, error trends, and process adherence.
- Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams for clarification and resolution of exceptions.




- Support corrective and preventive actions to improve overall process quality.
- Ensure assigned quality checks are completed within defined TAT.
- Participate in process training, calibration sessions, and knowledge assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of KYC and Banking Operations.
- Good knowledge of KYC documentation and verification processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify errors and process deviations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work with high-volume cases and meet TAT.
- Strong quality and compliance orientation.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, Quality Check, Quality Analyst, Banking Operations, or BFSI Operations.
- Experience in KYC verification/document validation will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in KYC or banking operations, with solid attention to detail and a good understanding of KYC documentation. The candidate should be capable of identifying errors, ensuring process compliance, and providing constructive feedback to improve operational quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
