Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM & VRM

Experience: 5-7 Years

Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing risk, compliance, and vendor governance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, along with solid exposure to ITSM, integrations, and scripting.Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on IRM and VRM modules
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk workflows
- Develop and manage vendor lifecycle processes, including onboarding, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring
- Implement issue management, risk scoring, and control testing frameworks
- Integrate IRM/VRM with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Request)
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Create workflows and automation using Flow Designer
- Ensure data governance, compliance tracking, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and procurement teams
- Generate reports and dashboards for risk visibility and decision-making
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development




- Strong expertise in:
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- VRM (Vendor Risk Management)

- Good experience with GRC components (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Audit)
- Solid understanding of ITSM modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs)
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
- Knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-Risk & Compliance)
- Experience with third-party risk management tools integration
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR)
- Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
