We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our new Lithium Battery and Solar Inverter manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Head – Manufacturing to take ownership of setting up, commissioning and managing our LFP Lithium Battery Pack and Solar Inverter manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in battery pack assembly, inverter manufacturing, testing, production-line setup, quality management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete manufacturing facility setup, commissioning and production operations.
- Manage LFP cell inspection, grading, module/pack assembly, BMS installation and battery testing.
- Oversee busbar assembly, laser welding, charge/discharge, capacity and aging tests.
- Manage single-phase and three-phase solar/hybrid inverter assembly and testing.
- Handle PCB/PCBA, power modules, IGBT/MOSFET,



AC/DC wiring, firmware and communication systems.
- Ensure EOL, functional, safety, burn-in and performance testing.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, process flows and control plans.
- Manage production planning, line balancing, manpower and capacity optimization.
- Drive quality improvement, FPY, yield, OEE, rejection and rework reduction.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, PFMEA, CAPA, ESD and electrical safety practices.
- Manage production, engineering, quality and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, SCM, Service and Management teams.
- Support implementation of ERP/MES and product traceability systems.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in Lithium Battery, ESS, Solar Inverter, UPS or Power Electronics.
- Strong hands-on experience in LFP battery pack assembly and testing.
- Good knowledge of solar/hybrid inverter manufacturing and testing.
- Experience in setting up or commissioning a new manufacturing line/factory is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of BMS, CAN, RS485, Modbus, laser welding and EOL testing.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing quality systems and process control.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Candidates with practical manufacturing experience will be preferred over purely design/project profiles.
