About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, and converting qualified leads into meetings and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, databases and other channels.
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements related to corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, employee engagement activities and other events.
- Qualify leads based on budget, decision-making authority, requirement and timeline.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Track every lead through the sales funnel from initial contact to meeting and conversion.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and event requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and event teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly and weekly calling, lead-generation, meeting and revenue-support targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and potential corporate clients.
