We are looking for a detail-oriented Incoming Quality Inspector with approximately 1 year of experience in the electronics industry. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials, electronic components, parts, and assemblies to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications before being released to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming electronic components, raw materials, PCBAs, mechanical parts, cables, connectors, and other materials as per approved specifications.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring and testing equipment.
- Verify incoming materials against PO, BOM, drawings, specifications, and approved samples.
- Check component identification, part number, quantity, packaging, labeling, and physical condition.
- Use instruments such as multimeter, vernier caliper, micrometer, weighing scale, and other inspection tools as required.
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and inform the concerned Quality/Stores/Purchase team.
- Prepare and maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for rejected or defective incoming materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for resolution of quality issues.
- Maintain proper identification and traceability of inspected materials.
- Support supplier quality improvement activities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and work instructions.




- Maintain inspection records and documentation as per the Quality Management System.
- Support internal and external audits when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB/PCBA.
- Knowledge of incoming inspection and quality-control procedures.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and datasheets.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with NCR, rejection handling, CAPA, and inspection reports.
- Basic knowledge of measuring and testing instruments.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in Incoming Quality / IQC in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in inspection of electronic components and incoming materials.
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Ability to identify defects and properly document quality issues.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
