Junior HR Executive

Time: 10:30 am to 7:30 am (Mon-Sat, alternative Saturday off)

About the role:

Intlum Technology Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment activities and HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience and organizational growth.

Key Responsibility:

- Should be comfortable with candidate calling and regular follow-ups. Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level positions, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.




- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with the HR team on various activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and HR MIS reports.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of hiring processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals and HRMS tools will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
