Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and student-focused Online Tutors to provide high-quality academic instruction through virtual classes. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make online learning engaging and effective.

The tutor will be responsible for conducting interactive online classes, understanding individual student needs, explaining concepts clearly, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online classes for students.
- Teach assigned subjects according to the required curriculum and academic level.
- Explain concepts in a simple, transparent, and structured manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice exercises where required.
- Assess students' understanding through regular questions, activities, tests, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas where students need improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods according to each student's learning style and academic level.
- Maintain regular attendance and class records.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism during all online sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students and, where applicable, parents regarding academic progress.
- Use digital teaching tools, whiteboards, presentations, and other online learning resources effectively.
- Continuously improve teaching methods based on student performance and feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and conceptual understanding.




- Previous teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Comfortable teaching students through online platforms.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Patient, approachable, and student-friendly attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Laptop/desktop with a working camera, microphone, and other required equipment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital classroom tools.
- Ability to teach students from different academic levels.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate students and maintain their interest during virtual classes.
- Experience preparing worksheets, assessments, or other educational resources.
