About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, proactive Corporate Communications professional with 2+ years of experience to help shape our internal and external brand narrative. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, manage media relations, and drive engaging employee communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, edit, and polish press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters, leadership blogs, and social media copy.
- Support company-wide engagement initiatives, town halls, and internal campaigns to foster a transparent and connected culture.
- Partner with HR, Marketing to ensure brand voice consistency across all campaigns.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related media/agency role.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a robust eye for detail.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
