The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can understand businesses, identify marketing opportunities, and turn meaningful conversations into clients.

This is a consultative sales role—not a script-based or high-volume spam role.

What You’ll Do

- Identify, research and reach out to potential clients.
- Connect with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client goals, challenges and marketing needs.
- Conduct discovery conversations and recommend the right solutions.
- Prepare pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work with strategy and creative teams to develop strong client solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.




- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Good understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling.
- Strong LinkedIn presence and ability to use it for prospecting.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive emails and proposals.
- Understanding of digital marketing / marketing services.
- Curious, confident, persistent and good at problem-solving.
- Ability to speak comfortably with senior decision-makers.

Experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, creative agencies, media, SaaS/B2B, consulting or business services is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
