We are looking for a smart, confident and exceptionally well-spoken Client Relationship Manager who will be the single point of contact for our clients and help build strong, long-term relationships with them.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Punjabi
- Very polite, soft-spoken and courteous personality
- Smart, confident and presentable
- Comfortable speaking with premium / high-value clients
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Valuable listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements
- Professional communication over phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings
- Mature, responsible and discreet while handling client information
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / MS Office / CRM software
- Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage, but excellent communication and personality are more key

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as the single point of contact for clients
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate with our sales, design and production teams




- Follow up on quotations, designs, orders, deliveries and after-sales service
- Maintain regular communication with important and premium clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage personalised client follow-ups, including birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions
- Maintain updated client records and preferences
- Ensure every client receives a smooth, personalised and premium experience
- Encourage repeat business and referrals through strong relationship management

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships, not just someone who handles customer queries.

Location: Jain Jewellers, Sector 22-D, Chandigarh
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
