Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technology-oriented Junior AI Cinematic Editor who is passionate about filmmaking, AI video generation, visual storytelling and cinematic content.

The role involves using AI image/video-generation tools along with professional video-editing techniques to create visually engaging cinematic stories.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who has experimented with AI video tools and wants to develop a career in AI filmmaking and digital content production.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert story briefs into visual scenes and sequences.
- Assist in creating storyboards and shot lists.
- Generate AI images and video clips using AI video-generation tools.
- Experiment with different prompts to achieve desired cinematic visuals.
- Edit AI-generated footage into a coherent story.
- Add voiceovers, music, sound effects and ambience.
- Add captions and other required on-screen elements.
- Assist with thumbnails and promotional Shorts/Reels.
- Maintain visual consistency between scenes.
- Organise prompts, generated assets and project files.
- Review content for visual quality and continuity.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions.
- Deliver assigned content within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in AI filmmaking and cinematic video production.
- Familiarity with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway or similar platforms.




- Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
- Understanding of basic cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of shot composition, camera movement and lighting.
- Knowledge of image-generation tools is an advantage.
- Basic sound and music-editing knowledge.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new AI tools quickly.

Preferred

- Film/media/animation/video-editing background.
- Personal AI film projects.
- Short films, cinematic reels or YouTube videos.
- Experience creating AI-generated scenes.
- Knowledge of mythology, historical storytelling or cinematic narratives is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should submit AI-generated videos, cinematic edits, short films, animation or other relevant visual work.

For freshers, personal projects and experimental AI films are acceptable.
