Role Objective

Create high-quality, professional and fast-turnaround visual communication to support the expansion of the Corporate On-site Daycare business.

The role will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to create pitch decks, proposals, brochures, presentations, digitals and client-specific communication that directly support corporate acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

· Design high-quality corporate pitch decks and sales presentations.

· Create proposals, brochures, capability presentations and corporate profiles.

· Develop customised presentations for prospective corporate clients.

· Create case studies, infographics, service explainers and client communication material.

· Develop visual content explaining daycare facilities, safety standards, parent experience, processes and service offerings.

· Create creatives for LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other B2B communication channels.

· Design event, exhibition and corporate-meeting collateral.

· Support the Sales Manager with quick-turnaround customised sales material for active prospects.

· Maintain brand consistency across all communication.

· Work with the sales team to convert business concepts and data into compelling visual stories.

· Use AI tools to improve speed, ideation,



design development and content creation.

· Explore and effectively use tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and AI-powered design/content tools.

· Handle multiple urgent design requirements while maintaining quality.

RAI Capability

The candidate should be comfortable using AI as a productivity and creative tool, not merely as an additional skill.

Experience with tools below will be strongly preferred.

· Gemini

· Canva AI

· Adobe Firefly

· AI image-generation / editing tools

· AI-assisted presentation and content-generation tools

Preferred Experience

· 2–5 years of professional graphic-design experience.

· Experience in B2B, corporate, education, childcare, event services or other service businesses preferred.

· Excellent PowerPoint / presentation-design skills.

· Strong command of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent tools.

· video editing / motion graphics experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
