Job Description

Complete Accounting Solution (CAS) is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant with strong practical expertise in Tally Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST & TDS Compliance, Daily Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, and MS Office.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts and handling statutory compliance requirements for multiple clients and business entities.

This position is intended for an experienced accounting professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting assignments and meet statutory compliance deadlines with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting in Tally for multiple clients and business entities.
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation and identify/reconcile differences.
- Review ledgers, outstanding balances, and accounting records regularly.
- Prepare and maintain proper supporting documents and accounting schedules.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Handle monthly and other applicable GST compliance requirements.
- Reconcile books of accounts with GST records wherever required.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Maintain proper TDS workings and supporting records.
- Prepare daily/weekly accounting and compliance reports for management.




- Work efficiently using Tally and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with clients/team members for collection and verification of accounting and statutory compliance documents.
- Ensure accounting and statutory assignments are completed accurately and within prescribed deadlines.

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience is required.
- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in an accounting, tax, CA or consultancy workplace will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Accounting, GST, TDS, bookkeeping and bank reconciliation is essential.
- CA Final / CA Intermediate candidates are preferred.
- Candidates who have completed CA Articleship will be given preference.
- Minimum 3 years of CA Articleship experience is desirable.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to independently manage accounting assignments for multiple entities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and statutory deadlines.
- Good communication and client-coordination skills.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Work Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kerala

Compensation

Salary: Based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge,



capability and work performance.

Compensation will be discussed during the selection process based on the candidate's suitability for the position.

Important Candidate Requirements

Freshers are not preferred for this position.

This vacancy is primarily intended for candidates with a CA-oriented accounting background and substantial practical exposure to accounting, GST and TDS compliance.

Candidates without the required practical accounting and statutory compliance experience may not be suitable for this role.
