OPERATION THEATRE INCHARGE

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operation theatre activities and ensure smooth functioning

Coordinate with surgeons anesthetists nurses and support staff

Prepare OT schedules and ensure timely availability of staff and equipment

Maintain surgical instruments equipment supplies and OT records

Ensure proper sterilization infection control and safety protocols

Monitor OT cleanliness and readiness before every procedure

Manage OT consumables and coordinate timely stock replenishment

Handle emergencies and resolve operational issues efficiently

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Candidate Requirements

Relevant hospital or operation theatre experience

Good leadership communication and coordination skills

Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast paced hospital environment
