ROLE 1 : PRE PRIMARY MOTHER TEACHER:
A Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding young children in their early educational development, typically in the formative years before formal schooling (ages 3 to 6). The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. The teacher will focus on holistic child development, using play-based learning to enhance curiosity and lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holistic Development: Ensuring children's overall academic, emotional, social, and physical growth.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment; supervising meal and nap times.
- Daily Routines: Developing and enforcing consistent routines (e.g., circle time, clean-up) to help children feel secure and disciplined.
- Play-Based Learning: Using storytelling, rhymes, games, and "play-way" methods to teach basic literacy, numeracy, and environmental studies.
- Parent Partnership: Conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and providing regular updates on a child’s progress and behavior.
- Social Skills:
Modeling positive behavior and helping children learn to interact, share, and resolve minor conflicts
- Activity Planning: Designing creative lesson plans, teaching aids, and hands-on activities like arts and crafts to develop motor skills.
- Assessment: Observing each child's progress, recording developmental milestones, and identifying those who need extra support.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Graduate degree is often required, typically paired with specialized certifications like Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Or PPTTC .
The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher plays a key role in shaping young children's first learning experiences, fostering a love for learning, and setting the stage for their academic journey. This role requires a balance of teaching, creating child friendly atmosphere, caregiving, and observation to ensure the emotional, social, and intellectual growth of the children under their care.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
