Job Description includes but is not limited to-

1. Strategy & Business Development

* Assist the founders with market research, competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

* Support development and execution of business and go-to-market strategies.

* Research new channels, partnerships and potential expansion opportunities.

* Help turn ideas into actionable plans and initiatives.

2. Product Placement & Distribution

* Identify and approach relevant cafés, gyms, fitness studios, retail stores, colleges and other potential points of sale.

* Assist in building and managing product placement opportunities across Chandigarh.

* Coordinate with partners and track product placements, sales and performance.

* Explore innovative offline channels to increase HYPR’s visibility and reach.

3. Marketing & Brand Building

* Assist in developing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

* Work on social media, content ideas, influencer collaborations and community-building initiatives.

* Research consumer trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness.





* Support both online and offline marketing activities.

4. Offline Events & Activations

* Plan and execute college activations, fitness events, pop-ups and other brand experiences.

* Coordinate with venues, partners, vendors and event teams.

* Help develop creative ideas for making HYPR more visible and engaging offline.

5. Operations

* Assist with day-to-day business operations and execution.

* Coordinate across different stakeholders to ensure projects move smoothly.

* Track ongoing initiatives, timelines and deliverables.

* Identify operational gaps and help build efficient processes.

6. Founder’s Office Projects

* Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects and current initiatives.

* Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

* Solve problems independently and bring new ideas to the table.

* Get exposure to the decision-making and day-to-day functioning of an early-stage consumer brand.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
