Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer service enquiries and understand vehicle concerns.
- Prepare job cards and explain required repairs/services to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Keep customers updated on repair/service status.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and explain completed work to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and future requirements.
- Maintain proper service records and achieve assigned service targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
