About the Role

We are looking for a Business Advisor to guide aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in starting, developing, or scaling their travel business.

The role involves understanding clients’ business goals, providing relevant guidance, explaining suitable business opportunities, and supporting them throughout the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Understand clients’ business background, goals, investment plans, and requirements.
- Conduct consultations with prospective entrepreneurs.
- Explain the company’s Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) and business model.
- Provide suitable business guidance based on the client’s requirements.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and support them through the conversion process.
- Coordinate with the sales and senior consulting team to ensure smooth client handling.




- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned business development and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on travel business trends, products, and market opportunities.

- Confidence in handling professional and high-value business conversations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn about the travel industry and entrepreneurship.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Relationship Management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
