Profile Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Leader with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with the ability to manage a team, plan SEO strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the SEO team and allocate tasks effectively.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Review and ensure the quality of SEO work completed by team members.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and recommend improvements.




- Create SEO reports and track campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
- Train, guide, and support junior SEO team members.
- Coordinate with content, web development, and other teams for SEO requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of link-building strategies and backlink analysis.
- Knowledge of website SEO audits and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
