Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our branches.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding)
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media & References
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintaining recruitment tracker and database
- Handling joining formalities and documentation
- Achieving monthly hiring targets
- Handling bulk hiring

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition




- Experience in bulk hiring / retail / BFSI / Gold industry is a plus
- Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Education: Any Graduation

-MBA preferred
