Fortune Toyota is looking for a energetic and responsible HR Executive to handle HR functions for 3 branches in Ernakulam and Idukki. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and branch coordination activities. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Ernakulam/Thodupuzha or those willing to relocate to the location.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with branch heads regarding manpower requirements and employee issues.




- Support employee engagement and HR operational activities.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly implemented.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of branches.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–34years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes..
- Candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
