Hiring – Land Acquisition & JV Marketing Executive

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3–8 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + incentives

Key Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Coimbatore real estate market and local areas.
- Must have good contacts with landowners, brokers and property consultants.
- Experience in JV/JDA, land acquisition or real estate marketing.
- Ability to identify suitable land parcels for JV / development projects.
- Robust negotiation, networking and communication skills.
- Knowledge of land values, locations, road connectivity and upcoming development areas in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential JV lands, connect with landowners, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate initial land documentation and support the legal/technical team during due diligence.
