Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Chat & Sales Counselor / Gym Partnership Executive to handle course enquiries, convert leads into admissions, and build partnerships with gyms and fitness centres for student placement opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students through WhatsApp, chat and phone calls, explaining our courses, following up with leads, and visiting gyms/fitness centres to establish partnerships for placing certified students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Sales

- Respond to current leads and enquiries received through WhatsApp, chat, calls and other platforms.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable fitness and sports courses.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, certification, career opportunities and placement support.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Update lead status, follow-ups and communication details in Zoho CRM.

2. Gym & Fitness Centre Partnerships

- Visit gyms, fitness centres, studios and wellness organisations to identify potential placement partners.
- Meet gym owners, managers and HR/recruitment representatives.
- Explain the academy's courses and student placement requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with gyms for trainer and fitness professional placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with partner gyms regarding vacancies and candidate requirements.
- Maintain a database of partner gyms and regularly follow up for placement opportunities.
- Work towards establishing new gym partnerships every month.

3. Student Placement Coordination





- Understand the hiring requirements of partner gyms.
- Share suitable student profiles with partner organisations.
- Coordinate interviews between students and gyms.
- Follow up on interview status, selection and joining.
- Maintain placement records and update the management team.

4. Reporting & CRM Management

- Maintain accurate lead and partnership records in Zoho CRM.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on:
- Leads contacted
- Admissions/conversions
- Follow-ups
- Gym visits
- New gym partnerships
- Placement opportunities
- Student interviews and selections

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with gym owners, managers and students.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software; Zoho CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, counselling, business development, fitness industry or customer relationship roles preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

- Lead response and follow-up efficiency.
- Course enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Number of gym/fitness centre visits.
- Number of new gym partnerships established.
- Number of active placement opportunities generated.
- Student interview and placement coordination.
- CRM data accuracy and daily reporting.

Important Requirement

The candidate must be comfortable with field visits to gyms and fitness centres and meeting gym owners/managers to develop placement partnerships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
