Job Description

Airchem Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Chemical Sales Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting chemical products and solutions to industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial chemical market.
- Generate leads through market research, customer visits, references, and networking.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on business proposals.




- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Conduct regular client visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in chemical sales, industrial sales, or technical sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and business development abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of industrial chemicals and applications will be preferred.
