Partial Discharge Sales & Marketing Engineer

HVTI is expanding its business in Partial Discharge (PD) Testing, Monitoring and Condition Monitoring Solutions and is looking for a technically strong and proactive Sales & Marketing Engineer to develop this business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop leads for Partial Discharge testing and online monitoring solutions.
- Identify potential customers across process plants, power plants, utilities, substations and other critical industries.
- Meet electrical, maintenance, reliability and instrumentation teams to understand requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions and demonstrations.
- Develop opportunities from initial enquiry through technical evaluation, quotation and order closure.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, exhibitions and industry networking.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
- Maintain customer relationships and build a strong PD sales pipeline.

- SCADA / Modbus integration
- And our other product range of HV testing & Condition Monitoring

These solutions are used for monitoring switchgear, RMUs, transformers, cable terminations, substations and other critical HV/MV equipment.

Technical Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and MV/HV equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Partial Discharge, insulation degradation and condition monitoring.
- Knowledge of TEV, ultrasonic/acoustic and HFCT-based PD detection will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain technical solutions to customers.
- Valuable communication, presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Experience in Partial Discharge, electrical testing equipment, condition monitoring, industrial automation or technical B2B sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
