Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

2. Loan Processing & Disbursement

3. Repayment Monitoring & Collection

4. Risk Management & Compliance

5. Reporting & Documentation

Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies. Freshers can also apply.

Skills:

Good knowledge of local geography and community behavior.

Ability to ride a two-wheeler

Work Setting:

Extensive travel within assigned areas.

Interaction with clients, communities, and branch offices.
