About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and coordination of multiple projects across Design, Development and Digital Marketing. The role requires a proactive, organised and business-minded professional who can manage fast-moving projects, coordinate with technical managers and teams, and provide clear operational visibility to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan projects by defining requirements, milestones, timelines, dependencies and resources.
- Coordinate with technical/departmental managers to ensure effective project execution and resource planning.
- Monitor all active projects daily, identify delays, blockers and risks, and take timely corrective action.
- Divide projects into clear milestones and maintain accountability for each stage.
- Manage task allocation, priorities, workload and project progress through Project Management Systems (PMS).
- Coordinate team and client follow-ups to ensure clarity, consistency and timely delivery.
- Monitor employee availability and workload while coordinating and approving leave based on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project, client, employee and operational data across relevant systems.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and performance information to support management decisions and employee performance evaluation.




- Work closely with senior management on client communication and progressively take ownership of appropriate client interactions.
- Understand the overall business and client needs to identify gaps, improvement areas, new opportunities and potential projects.
- Recommend practical solutions, process improvements and areas for team development or upskilling.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong practical understanding of project management principles and processes.
- MBA in Project Management preferred.
- Experience in an agency, creative, digital or technology setting is an advantage.
- PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
