Position

Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service calls and assign jobs to Service Engineers/Technicians.
- Receive customer service requests and understand their requirements.
- Schedule service visits and follow up with the concerned Service Engineer.
- Maintain records of service calls, job status, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
- Follow up on pending and completed service jobs.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with the Service Team, customers, and internal departments for smooth service operations.
- Ensure timely closure of service complaints.
- Maintain proper documentation related to service activities.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager.




- Support the Service Team in achieving customer satisfaction and service targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience

1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.
